The website core-bookformatting.com partially complies with the accessibility requirements of WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Accessibility test

CORE Bookformatting strives to make its digital services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Where necessary, we work on improvements to meet the accessibility requirements set out in the WCAG 2.1 guidelines (level AA).

During a recent accessibility audit conducted by Think Tomorrow, a number of issues were identified. Below, we explain the problems that were found.

We acknowledge that the current version of our website does not yet fully comply with WCAG 2.1 AA criteria, but we believe that the website is sufficiently accessible for information and navigation purposes.

Non-accessible parts

The following sections are currently (partially) inaccessible:

  • Images without alternative text
    Screen readers cannot interpret this content. We are currently adding descriptive alt text.
  • Insufficient colour contrast in texts in blocks with a coloured background.
    Particularly in the contact details blocks, the contrast between the small title and background is insufficient for visually impaired people.
